STEP Associate (Sales/Operations Rotational Program) | Echo Electric

The Tone:
This is a 12-month intensive rotational program for emerging professionals at Echo Electric, located in Kansas City, MO. Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, is a leader in electrical distribution with extensive regional sales and a global reach. This role is designed to educate, train, and develop skills in new professionals, providing hands-on experience across all aspects of the business. The program empowers associates to contribute to success and establish a strong career foundation within the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Warehouse/Logistics: Gain practical experience and understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Inside Sales/Counter: Develop skills in inside sales functions and customer service at the sales counter.
• Projects & Quotations: Learn the processes involved in managing projects and creating detailed quotations.
• Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce: Explore strategies and operations within marketing, digital solutions, and e-commerce.
• Outside Sales/Specialty Track: Experience outside sales functions and learn about specialty product tracks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; Entry-Level career.
• Experience: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Excellent communication, time management, leadership, strong analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
