What You’ll Actually Do
• Needs Identification: Identify business needs and determine technical solutions to business problems.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues by researching inquiries, interacting with customers, identifying root causes, and taking appropriate corrective action.
• Technical Escalation: Provide resolution steps to technical team(s) if unable to resolve issues directly.
• Client Engagement: Meet with client team(s) to identify business needs, assign priorities, and gather business requirements for current state discovery sessions.
• Professional Growth: Increase self-direction and independence, eventually serving as a resource to others as skills and customer knowledge expand.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college with some coursework in a Computer Science or technology-related field.
• Experience: Entry-level position with a strong record of academic achievement.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
