Job Description: Software Engineering Internship (Intern) UK
This 8-10 week summer 2025 internship in Harpenden, Herts, offers a comprehensive experience of working as part of the Ensoft engineering team. Interns will work closely with a team on a real-world project with a defined completion point within the internship timeframe.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to a real-world project from design to coding and testing.
• Learn and apply agile development processes.
• Work collaboratively with a team of software engineers.
• Gain practical experience in a professional software development environment.
Project Focus: The internship focuses on contributing to the development of software technology that supports internet infrastructure. Interns will gain experience across the entire software development lifecycle.
Location & Perks:
The internship is based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, a town with easy access to London by train and close proximity to the M1 and M25 motorways. Harpenden offers many amenities, including shops, bars, and restaurants, with the nearby city of St Albans providing additional social and cultural attractions.
Requirements:
