Job Description: Software Engineering Intern
Job Summary: Onto Innovation is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to contribute to the development of software for advanced semiconductor metrology equipment. This is a hands-on role involving design, development, and testing.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of software applications for semiconductor metrology systems.
• Contribute to code optimization, debugging, and testing to improve software performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and implement solutions.
• Support the integration of software and hardware components.
• Document software processes, test results, and improvement recommendations.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with software development tools, version control systems, and testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
