Job Description:
Enovation Controls is seeking a Software Engineering student to join their team of Summer 2025 Interns. This is a full-time, paid internship running from May 19th to August 1st, 2025.
The intern will work collaboratively with all Engineering groups and gain real-life work experience and training in the day-to-day activities of a manufacturing facility. The internship is part of their recruiting strategy to attract and retain highly qualified talent.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Work on assigned projects with support from mentors, supervisors, and team members.
• Design, test, and develop software to meet requirements.
• Recommend upgrades for existing systems and programs.
• Create diagrams, flowcharts, and models illustrating code requirements for programmers.
• Ensure continued program functionality during software maintenance and testing.
• Revisit the development process to fix bugs and address client concerns.
Education Requirements:
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
Preferred Skills:
• Ability to work effectively with others, meet deadlines, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
Compensation:
• $20 – $24 per hour
