This is an Intern Role specifically for current students, with internship dates scheduled from August to December.

The Program:
Oracle’s future success relies on hiring top-tier, early-career talent. This program is designed for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate students with diverse skills, offering them the opportunity to work within Oracle’s Corporate Architecture organization. The aim is to enhance overall learning, build professional networks, and accelerate the interns’ ability to make a significant impact.

What You’ll Do:
As a Software Engineer Intern within the Oracle Health – Connected Devices team, you will be sought for your expertise and passion in solving challenging and unique problems. The role involves using your knowledge and creativity to design and build innovative new systems from the ground up. Key responsibilities include:
• Writing code.
• Completing programming projects.
• Performing testing and debugging of Oracle software.
• Working with cutting-edge technologies to tackle real-world problems within a collaborative, agile environment.

Responsibilities & Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs):
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following Objective Minimum Qualifications:
Work Authorization: Must be currently eligible to work in the United States AND must not require work authorization sponsorship in the future. Permanent authorization to work in the United States is a precondition of employment; Oracle will not sponsor for this position. Additionally, candidates must be able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2025.
Education Status: Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent science/engineering field during the 2025-2026 school year.
Academic Progress: Must have completed at least your junior year toward your undergraduate degree, or higher, by summer 2025.
Programming Proficiency: Must be proficient (i.e., able to complete coding projects with no assistance) in all the following programming languages:
• JavaScript
• C/C++
• Java
Coursework/Experience: Must have completed coursework, projects, internships, and/or research in three or more of the following areas:
• Data Structures/Algorithms
• Internet of Things
• Computer Networking
• Compilers
• Computer Architecture
• Database
Location: Must reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.

Other Preferred Qualifications:
• A minimum GPA of 3.0.

Salary Range: The hiring range in USD is from $19.62 to $38.32 per hour, or from $40,800 to $79,700 per annum. Salary varies based on knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, location, and internal peer equity.
