The Tone:
This is a Contract to Hire position with Actalent, located onsite in Dublin, OH. Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions. This role is focused on developing software for infotainment and navigation systems within the automotive industry. The person in this role will contribute to designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications for a major automotive OEM.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Develop and test software specifically for infotainment and navigation systems.
• Collaborate: Work with a small team to design, implement, and maintain software applications.
• Integrate: Work with and integrate Android applications into automotive systems.
• Utilize: Utilize C++ for software development and Git for source code management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level Software Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with Android applications.
• Skills: Proficiency in C++; experience with Git for source code management.
• Bonus: Experience with infotainment systems; knowledge of application development for automotive systems.
