What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and develop: Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services.
• Build interfaces: Build responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop services: Develop backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features.
• Troubleshoot issues: Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar engineering capacity, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset within a team environment. Candidates must possess strong analytical problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience: Practical experience is essential with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Next.js for building robust front-end interfaces. Furthermore, experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Go, or PHP is required for developing services and APIs. Familiarity with relational databases, specifically MySQL, and a solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, are also critical. Strong proficiency in foundational web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is expected.
