What You’ll Actually Do
• Investigate: Review and investigate customer complaints and post-market reports, analyzing software, connectivity, and device issues.
• Document: Document and track software defects with detailed evidence, reproduction steps, and logs to support resolution.
• Test: Perform boundary and edge case testing on key settings to validate expected system behavior and safety controls.
• Create: Create structured test documentation, including issue reports and integration findings, for engineering teams.
• Validate: Perform end-user validation and functional testing on medical device software to ensure product safety and reliability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Minimum High school Diploma. Core domain knowledge includes an inclination towards IT and technology.
• Experience: None required.
• Skills: High sense of curiosity, good documentation and writing skills, and an affinity for tinkering with technology.
