Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
• Design and develop cloud-based software applications and components using various programming languages.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum software development processes.
• Analyze software requirements and create effective solutions.
Role Purpose:
• Develop cloud-based applications for Carrier’s commercial HVAC sales force.
• Perform full-stack software development activities as part of a scrum team.
Basic Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency with C# or ReactJS.
• Understanding of object-oriented design and analysis (OOD and OOA).
• Experience with software development principles and processes.
• Familiarity with web-based tools and architecture.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Relevant coursework or previous internships are preferred.
Pay Range:
$41,000 – $96,450 Annually
