What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Create graphics and content kits specifically for USANA Brand Partners to use across social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Develop: Tailor designs for optimal performance and user experience on various social media channels, ensuring they are easy for Brand Partners to adapt and distribute.
• Translate: Convert marketing objectives and creative briefs into clear, effective, and visually appealing designs.
• Ensure: Maintain consistency and ensure all visual designs align with established USANA brand standards.
• Prepare: Organize and finalize design files for easy distribution and cross-team usage, producing multiple design variations and scalable templates.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, digital media, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing relevant digital design work.
• Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite; a solid grasp of fundamental design principles including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy; capable of following directions and efficiently executing design tasks.
• Bonus: Prior experience specifically designing content for social media platforms; understanding of mobile-first design knowledge optimized for platform-specific requirements; experience in creating templates or contributing to scalable design systems; a basic understanding of how design effectively supports and enhances marketing messages.
