The Tone:

This role is crucial for executing daily marketing initiatives and creating engaging content that drives guest engagement, event attendance, and brand awareness across all venues.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, while monitoring channels and responding to guest interactions.
• Graphic Design & Creative: Design social media graphics, digital advertisements, flyers, menus, and other promotional materials, maintaining brand consistency across multiple concepts.
• Content Creation: Capture photo and video content at venues and events, developing short-form video for social media and coordinating content shoots.
• Website & Marketing Support: Update website content, manage online event listings, assist with email marketing campaigns, and support marketing analytics and reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professionals with foundational knowledge in brand social media management for businesses.
• Experience: Experience managing social media platforms for businesses or brands, coupled with a strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
