What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Assistance: Provide direct and proactive support to guests throughout their dining experience, anticipating their needs and promptly addressing requests to contribute to a memorable and positive visit.
• Server Support: Actively assist servers in maintaining their assigned tables, which includes responsibilities such as running food, refilling beverages, and helping with any general service requests to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of Legendary Service.
• Table Management: Efficiently and thoroughly clear and clean tables following guest departures, ensuring each surface is properly sanitized and completely reset according to Texas Roadhouse standards, ready for the next patrons without delay.
• Safety & Hygiene: Consistently practice and uphold all proper safety and sanitation procedures, meticulously maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the dining area to ensure a safe and healthy environment for both guests and fellow Roadies.
