What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Personalization: Consistently create and deliver a truly personalized experience for every guest, actively listening to their preferences, anticipating needs, and responding with genuine hospitality to ensure their visit exceeds expectations and fosters a desire for return.
• Comprehensive Menu Presentation: Take full responsibility for clearly and engagingly presenting the complete range of food and beverage options available, including any daily specials, promotional items, and signature dishes or drinks, ensuring guests are fully informed and excited about their choices.
• Dedicated Dining Room Service: Maintain a primary focus on guests situated within the designated dining room area of the restaurant, providing attentive, timely, and efficient service from arrival through departure, managing orders, refills, and any special requests with precision.
• Cultivate Shared Moments: Actively work to fuel and facilitate moments worth sharing among guests, contributing to an vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere where camaraderie, celebration, and memorable dining experiences are naturally encouraged and supported by your service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must meet or exceed the minimum age legally mandated to serve alcoholic beverages in the specific jurisdiction, ensuring full compliance with all applicable state, local, and company regulations governing alcohol service.
