Key Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage Service: Efficiently take, deliver, and clear food and beverage orders.
• Station Management: Ensure your station is properly set up and clean before, during, and after each shift.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, courteously, and explain daily specials or restaurant promotions.
• Order Processing: Accurately input orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system for kitchen communication.
• Order Delivery & Accuracy: Retrieve orders from the kitchen, confirm accuracy, and deliver them promptly to guests.
• Guest Satisfaction: Continuously ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Alcohol Service Compliance: Adhere strictly to all state and federal regulations, as well as restaurant liquor policies, regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Teamwork & Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude and contribute effectively within a team atmosphere.
• Sales-Oriented Approach: Dedicate yourself to becoming a “seller” rather than just an “order taker,” actively promoting menu items.
• Quality & Standards: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistently adhere to all company specifications and quality standards.
• Safety & Sanitation: Understand and diligently practice safety and sanitation policies at all times.

Requirements

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of previous serving experience is preferred.
• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Demeanor: Must possess a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
• Work Ethic: Demonstrate a high level of organization, cleanliness, and a strong sense-of-urgency.
• Availability: Flexible schedule is required, with the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
