What You’ll Actually Do
• Station Maintenance: Meticulously check and maintain the proper set-up, cleanliness, and organization of your assigned station both before, during, and after each shift, ensuring a pristine environment for guests.
• Guest Greeting: Warmly greet all guests with a friendly and courteous manner, proactively explaining any daily specials, promotional offers, and menu highlights to enhance their awareness and choices.
• Guest Satisfaction: Continuously monitor and ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the entire ordering and dining process, anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a delightful experience.
• Regulatory Compliance: Strictly abide by all state and federal regulations, as well as restaurant liquor policies, particularly concerning the responsible service of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Mandatory possession of a valid Food Worker Card.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; consistently exhibit a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
