What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Relationship Management: Maximize value from a portfolio of major Corporate Banking relationships, identifying alignment opportunities with other product groups to deepen customer loyalty.
• Business Development: Identify new business leads and opportunities from existing customers to contribute to Corporate Banking growth.
• Risk Mitigation: Act as the First Line of Defense by implementing Global Standards for due diligence to guard against financial crime risks.
• Credit Process Leadership: Lead the creation of quality credit proposals, secure approvals, and monitor credit risks to prevent losses.
• Strategic Input: Contribute to the success of Corporate Banking strategies and develop industry knowledge for long-term growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from a university, combined with substantial general banking experience. This background must include direct exposure to corporate lending practices and trade financing.
• Experience: Proven ability to analyze and structure complex credit facilities, leading the development of quality credit packages and securing necessary approvals. Possess solid, practical knowledge of a wide range of banking products.
• Skills: Strong analytical acumen, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and clear communication skills crucial for managing client relationships and internal coordination. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and capable of meeting all relevant licensing requirements, particularly for insurance and securities.
