The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete a dynamic immersion into the Phillips 66 energy value chain through the industry-leading KATALYST development program.
• Acquire knowledge and impact the business through targeted roles within the Lubricants organization, beginning with an assignment in Houston, TX.
• Gain professional and market acumen through experiential learning, development opportunities, networking, and exposure to management.
• Develop transferable skills applicable to diverse organizations including Marketing, Lubricants, Specialties, Value Chain and Optimization, and Risk.
• Engage in structured learning activities such as asset tours, case studies, discussions with subject matter experts, and focused analysis assignments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field of study; or a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or MBA. Must have a graduation date prior to December 31, 2026, or May 31, 2027.
• Experience: Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
• Skills: Strong analytical capability, effective communication skills, sound business acumen, curious and inquisitive nature, and innovative thinking.
• Bonus: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; previous internship or co-op participation in a related industry; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; an interest in trading; and availability to report on January 26, 2027, or July 13, 2027.
