What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Reconciliations: Utilize Excel to perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries related to various financial transactions.
• Savings Plans: Collaborate with the team to evaluate and optimize company savings plans.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in generating financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliations.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Bonus: Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to a finance environment. Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and this position entails access to export-controlled items, requiring the ability to lawfully obtain such access.
