Senior Treasury Manager | Workday

• Mission: Lead the company’s 13-week cash flow forecasting capability, ensuring forecast quality, insight generation, and continuous process improvement.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Forecasting Leadership: Lead the global rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, with end-to-end ownership for its quality, rigor, and continuous improvement.
• Methodology Enhancement: Refine forecasting methodologies, assumptions, and data inputs to improve the accuracy and reliability of projected liquidity needs.
• Performance Analysis: Perform forecast versus actual analysis to identify root causes, enhance model precision, and improve future forecasting outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with FP&A, Tax, Accounting, Payroll, AP/AR, and other stakeholders to gather inputs and improve forecast discipline.
• Strategic Insights: Provide executive-level visibility into liquidity shifts, forecast changes, and emerging risks to support timely decision-making and contribute to broader liquidity management strategy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Senior Manager level in a corporate treasury or finance setting.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance, or a related field, with significant experience in cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and financial analysis.
• Skills: Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, strong understanding of liquidity management principles, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to work effectively across teams, and strong communication skills to distill complex concepts.
• Bonus: CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) preferred, experience with Workday (platform), and demonstrated ability or strong learning agility to adopt AI and emerging tools.
