This is a full-time Associate role at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, located in Hong Kong. • Mission: Ensure corporate clients receive seamless access to and support for transaction banking solutions tailored to their needs.
• Tech Stack: e-banking platforms, host-to-host connectivity solutions, payment file formats, Microsoft Office applications.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate client onboarding and implementation: Manage the end-to-end process from documentation to go-live for transaction banking solutions.
• Provide client support and guidance: Offer expert demonstrations of e-banking platforms and deliver post-implementation assistance.
• Resolve client inquiries: Address daily client questions, service incidents, and transaction requests promptly via various channels.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration: Work with Sales, Operations, Technology, and regional teams to resolve client issues and communicate updates.
• Maintain project and communication records: Document implementation plans, status, testing results, and all client interactions for transparency and accountability.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience within transaction banking operations, client service, implementation, or corporate banking roles.
• Skills: Working knowledge of transaction banking products such as cash management or digital banking services; excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); client-focused mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail; proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent client requests and manage shifting priorities; sound judgement regarding risk awareness and control frameworks.
• Bonus: Additional professional qualifications in banking, project management, or technology; fluency in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin); Japanese language capability; prior exposure to e-banking platforms, host-to-host connectivity solutions, payment file formats, or user acceptance testing (UAT).
