What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Development: Lead the design and implementation of new features and enhancements for both frontend and backend systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code in frontend and backend languages and frameworks.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, participating in architectural discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning to ensure successful project delivery.
• Problem Solving: Debug and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective, long-term solutions.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and contributing to team growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and associated web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Expertise in at least one backend language and framework (e.g., Node.js with Express, Python with Django/Flask, Java with Spring Boot, Go), with solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, asynchronous programming, and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality, scalable software in an agile development environment.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), contributions to open-source projects, experience in a technical leadership or formal mentorship role, or background in performance optimization for high-traffic applications.
