Artificial intelligence Developer (Low Code) | WTW

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at WTW, supporting a globally distributed team. WTW is a global advisory, broking, and solutions company focused on managing risk, optimizing benefits, and cultivating talent for clients worldwide. This role is crucial for the AI/M365 team, which delivers AI-first, automation, analytics, and modern digital solutions to drive efficiency and innovation across the enterprise. The developer will accelerate the delivery of high-impact, scalable solutions that support business transformation and create value.

• Team: The AI/M365 team is a key part of WTW Corporate Platform’s Technology function.
• Mission: This person will turn ideas into working prototypes quickly by building conversational agents, automations, and AI-powered applications primarily on low-code and agent-builder platforms.
• Tech Stack: Azure, OpenAI, Gemini, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure AI Foundry, Lyzr, Moveworks, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java, RAG, prompt design, agent orchestration, connectors, APIs, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, AWS, GCP

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design and build AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows utilizing low-code platforms and agent-builder frameworks.
• Prototype: Rapidly prototype loosely defined ideas or business problems into working proofs-of-concept, then iterate based on feedback.
• Integrate: Integrate agents and applications with various enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs.
• Engineer: Apply sound engineering judgment, including error handling, basic evaluation, security, and access considerations, even within low-code environments.
• Partner: Partner with business stakeholders to scope use cases and determine the most appropriate build approach (low-code versus custom code).

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Hands-on proficiency with at least one low-code AI or automation platform such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI Foundry. Experience with at least one AI agent-builder platform like Lyzr or Moveworks. Prior software development experience in any programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Java). Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype ideas into functional solutions. Strong command of cloud concepts on at least one major provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including independent provisioning, configuration, development, deployment, and operation of cloud resources and services.
• Skills: Low-code AI/automation platform proficiency, AI agent-builder platform experience, software development and debugging, rapid prototyping, cloud resource management and application ownership.
• Bonus: Experience across multiple AI/automation platforms, familiarity with RAG, prompt design, agent orchestration, and integration patterns (connectors, APIs, MCP). Exposure to enterprise governance concerns such as identity and access, data handling, and AI usage policies. Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 and Dataverse, or an equivalent enterprise ecosystem.
