What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead the design and implementation of new features and functionalities for both front-end and back-end components of core platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and scalable code following best practices and architectural patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their growth and development through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, for a senior-level full-stack engineering position.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with demonstrable experience across RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, asynchronous programming, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, with a deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Expertise in at least one back-end programming language, including Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or C#.
• Solid understanding of both relational database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git, coupled with strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus:
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Selenium).
• Understanding of GraphQL.
• Prior experience in a startup environment.
