What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead the design and development of new features and enhancements for core web applications, covering both front-end and back-end components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices to ensure high quality, performance, and security throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of systems.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to foster continuous improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; Senior-level full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying complex web applications in a production environment.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end (JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3), extensive back-end development (Node.js/Python/Java/Go frameworks), solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, experience with RESTful APIs and microservices, proficiency with Git, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, excellent problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree, experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), GraphQL, agile development with continuous deployment, contributions to open-source or personal projects, test-driven development (TDD), and understanding of web application security best practices.
