What You’ll Actually Do
• Feature & Application Leadership: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of new and existing features for our flagship web applications, contributing across the full software development lifecycle.
• Full-Stack Architecture & Development: Architect and implement scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring high availability, performance, and security, while also developing and maintaining responsive frontend components and user interfaces.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and UX/UI design teams to translate user stories and wireframes into clear technical specifications, delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Technical Excellence & Mentorship: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code, participate in code reviews to ensure quality, identify and resolve complex technical issues, and mentor junior engineers.
• Deployment & Infrastructure: Work with DevOps to deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and infrastructure.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, RESTful API design, version control (Git), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Bonus: Master’s degree, experience with microservices architecture, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Pytest, JUnit), or GraphQL. Understanding of security best practices in web development.
