• Team: Development Team, collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams.
• Mission: This person will own the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions, contributing across the development lifecycle and guiding junior engineers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software features and applications from conception to deployment.
• Develop: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code, focusing on scalability, performance, and security for backend systems.
• Collaborate: Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define, design, and ship new features that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Review: Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor: Guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with a strong focus on backend systems development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with proven expertise in Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and proficiency with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Skills: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS). Experience with Git and excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for working effectively in an agile environment.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience in a leadership or technical lead role, guiding project execution and team members. Contribution to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community. Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Experience with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
