Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable software across our platform.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code primarily in Python, Go, or Java.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Perform comprehensive code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their professional growth and technical skills.
• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions, making data-driven recommendations for future enhancements.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, ensuring high availability and performance of our services.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality software.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Go, Java, or C++.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and fundamental software design principles.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) if full-stack experience is relevant to the role.
