What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Develop: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Lead and Mentor: Lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Collaborate: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful features.
• Ensure Quality: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality and consistency across the team.
• Optimize and Improve: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and infrastructure.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Senior-level full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, modern JS frameworks). Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, Go, Ruby on Rails). Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficient with Git, software development principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Bonus: Experience with TypeScript or GraphQL, familiarity with serverless architectures, experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Mocha, JUnit), understanding of security best practices in web application development, experience in a startup or scale-up environment, or contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
