What You’ll Actually Do
• Solutioning: Design and deliver complex Salesforce ecosystems, driving scalable, platform-based Salesforce solutions aligned to client mission outcomes and modernization goals.
• Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to internal leaders and clients, supporting early-stage client conversations and shaping technical approaches.
• Leadership: Lead solution design for high-priority opportunities, balancing client-facing pursuit work with hands-on architecture and delivery leadership.
• Capture & Proposal: Own technical solutioning for key bids, guide business development teams, and expand ICF’s Salesforce practice through compliant and competitive solutions.
• Strategy: Help shape offerings, innovation, and overall strategy within an entrepreneurial environment, contributing to the practice’s growth and technical leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required, capable of obtaining and maintaining a Federal Public Trust and/or Security Clearance, residing and working within the United States.
• Experience: 12+ years designing and implementing Salesforce or comparable SaaS enterprise solutions, with 5+ years leading the development of complex solutions with an enterprise architecture background.
• Skills: Deep experience in integrations, security, scalability, and platform governance; certified in one or more mainline Salesforce certifications, with preference for Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA).
• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), OmniStudio, MuleSoft, Salesforce Data 360, Agentforce/AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities; experience supporting Department of Defense or civilian federal agencies/FedRAMP/high-security environments; prior consulting or systems integrator experience; and hands-on experience using Codex, LLM-based tools, and agentic AI workflows.
