What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Customer Success: Lead architectural design and engage with business and technical decision makers to ensure sustained usage and long-term success of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot in the most complex customer accounts.
• Lead Technical Direction: Orchestrate virtual teams of specialists, resolve escalated technical blockers, and take architectural accountability for engagements involving significant business, security, or regulatory risk.
• Accelerate AI Adoption: Leverage agentic AI, prompt engineering, and agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale, defining reusable reference architectures and delivery patterns.
• Explore Growth Opportunities: Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions that drive expansion and business value realization for customers.
• Grow the Community: Mentor and coach less experienced architects, lead readiness and skilling sessions, and contribute to the creation and reuse of intellectual property to accelerate customer AI transformation journeys.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience. This is a senior, customer-facing role serving as a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert.
• Experience: Professional fluency in English, combined with experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
• Skills: AI solution architecture, expertise in Copilot Chat/Agents/M360 Copilot, prompt engineering, agent development, technical leadership, and architectural design.
• Bonus: Experience advising senior and executive stakeholders, leading complex multi-workload architectures end to end, mentoring other architects or engineers, and hands-on experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Cowork and agent development (e.g., Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, Microsoft Graph connectors, Azure AI services). Personal security clearance is additionally required for a portfolio covering public sector, defence, and critical infrastructure customers.
