The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our next generation of AI & Machine Learning products. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, working with cutting-edge technologies to deliver impactful solutions that delight our customers and drive significant business growth. You will translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly features, bridging the gap between deep technical innovation and market needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Product Strategy: Develop and evangelize a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-powered products, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Market & Customer Insights: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points, unmet needs, and emerging trends in AI/ML.
• Product Requirements: Translate high-level business requirements and customer insights into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI/ML features and models.
• Prioritization & Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, making data-driven decisions on feature development, ensuring maximum customer value and efficient resource allocation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, UX design, research, sales, and marketing teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies, product launches, and adoption plans.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on products based on data and insights.
• Technical Acumen: Understand the underlying AI/ML technologies, their capabilities, limitations, and ethical implications, to effectively guide product development.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of product excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on AI, Machine Learning, or data-intensive products.
• AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, methodologies, and technologies (e.g., Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning).
• Product Lifecycle: Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing long-term vision with short-term deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning).
• Familiarity with ethical AI principles, responsible AI development, and data privacy regulations.
• Previous experience as a software engineer or data scientist.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful AI products to a large user base.
• Experience working with external partners or integrators for AI solutions.
