What You’ll Actually Do
• Own the Product Vision & Strategy: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and emerging technology initiatives, aligning them with company goals.
• Product Development & Execution: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Market & User Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive research, and user studies to identify unmet needs and product opportunities.
• Performance & Analytics: Define KPIs, monitor product usage and performance, analyze data, and iterate on features to maximize user engagement and business value.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates and priorities to executive leadership, internal teams, and partners, building consensus.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, for a Senior Product Manager career level.
• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on AI/ML products or platforms, including a proven track record of launching and managing complex software products.
• Skills: Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics), data pipelines, and model deployment; experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree or MBA; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services; background in a related industry (e.g., FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, SaaS); familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered design processes; experience managing products that involve integrating with third-party APIs or platforms; a strong interest in building new products that delight users and drive significant business value.
