What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Strategy: Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for your product area, aligning with company objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Requirements Definition: Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product delivery and launch.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators, monitor product performance post-launch, and iterate based on data-driven insights.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Experience: 5+ years in product management, including at least 2 years in a senior role, delivering complex software products.
• Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes, web/mobile technologies, data analytics, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
