Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for your product area, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Requirements Definition: Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful product delivery and launch.
• Prioritization: Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, monitor product performance post-launch, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, updates, and results to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior role, delivering complex software products.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development processes, web/mobile technologies, and data analytics.
