What You’ll Actually Do
• Define Product Strategy: Develop and evangelize a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-powered products, aligning with company objectives.
• Gather Insights: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points, unmet needs, and emerging trends in AI/ML.
• Translate Requirements: Convert high-level business requirements and customer insights into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI/ML features and models.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, data science, UX design, research, sales, and marketing teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Monitor Performance: Define key performance indicators, analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on products based on data and insights.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, with a focus on product management in AI or machine learning.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on AI, Machine Learning, or data-intensive products, and proven experience managing the full product lifecycle.
• Skills: Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies (e.g., Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience working in agile development environments.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker), familiarity with ethical AI principles, or a proven track record of launching and scaling successful AI products.
