What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Planning: Support the development of data-based insights to inform brand, franchise, and business unit strategy and execution, including the annual business analytics plan for each brand.
• Performance Tracking: Support performance and KPI development and reporting, enabling a thorough understanding of brand performance and opportunities.
• Analytics Projects: Conduct analytics projects to inform business issues such as HCP and patient segmentation, customer journey, and sampling strategy.
• Actionable Insights: Integrate insight and analysis from a variety of sources to deliver robust opportunities and market context that inform material decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain business relationships across marketing, commercial operations, and IT, serving as a cross-functional subject matter expert and managing external consulting resources.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, with a focus on commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical or consumer data analytics sector.
• Experience: Eight years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or six years with a Master’s Degree, including strong commercial analytic skills and experience managing projects and initiatives.
• Skills: Proven ability in storytelling and data visualization, proficiency in secondary data analysis with intimate knowledge of industry data sources (e.g., IMS, WK, IPSOS), and strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bonus: MBA or Master’s degree with concentrations in healthcare, general management, analytics, or data sciences, foundation of experience in HIV or virology therapy areas, experience with provider-administered products, or a consultative background.
