• Pay: $150000–$185000 yearly
• Team: Operations organization, partnering with Operations leadership
• Mission: Solve complex, ambiguous business problems and drive critical strategic initiatives to measurable outcomes for the Operations organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Initiatives: Spearhead multiple high-priority, high-visibility strategic initiatives across Operations, guiding them from initial scoping through execution and delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Translate Objectives: Convert ambiguous business objectives into clear strategies, detailed workplans, definitive milestones, critical decision points, and concrete success measures.
• Drive Programs: Manage and propel complex cross-functional programs involving Operations, Product, Hardware, Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Corporate Strategy.
• Create Alignment: Foster alignment among senior stakeholders, effectively surface tradeoffs, resolve inter-departmental dependencies, and drive timely decisions to sustain project momentum.
• Strategic Partner: Serve as a strategic thought partner to Operations leadership, developing insightful recommendations and actively helping to shape the strategic direction for critical initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level: Senior Manager. Core domain knowledge in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Program Management.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Program Management, or a related field, with demonstrated success leading multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Skills:
• Project and Program Management: Exceptional skills in creating structure, maintaining momentum, and driving accountability across senior stakeholders in projects and programs.
• Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Strong ability for strategic thinking and systems-level problem solving, connecting individual initiatives to broader business priorities and their downstream impacts.
• Influence & Alignment: Proven ability to influence, challenge, and align senior leaders effectively without relying on formal authority.
• Executive Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executives, including distilling complex topics into clear recommendations, tradeoffs, and decisions.
• Analytical & Business Judgment: Strong analytical capabilities and business judgment, with the ability to partner with Analytics and Finance to translate data into actionable insights.
