Global Distribution Enablement Senior Consultant | MFS Investment Management

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage & Deliver Programs: Implement customized enablement and training programs for global distribution, leveraging technology platforms such as Salesforce and Seismic.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee strategic enablement projects from inception to completion, managing scope, budget, resource allocation, and communication plans.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal client groups, business divisions, and departments globally to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Training & Curriculum: Create role-based curricula, manage the development of instructional materials, and deliver live and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences.
• Strategic Analysis: Analyze project and program effectiveness, create metrics to measure success, and report progress and issues to sponsors and steering committees.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, with a focus on financial services, project management, and/or enablement/training.
• Experience: 6–8+ years of experience in financial services, project management, and/or enablement/training, including managing strategic, cross-functional projects and developing/delivering training programs.
• Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills; proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, and project management tools; strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree or equivalent, deep understanding of Tableau, experience developing on-demand training content and Enablement programs, Agile experience.
