What You’ll Actually Do
• Development Lead: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define feature specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Architecture: Architect and implement scalable APIs and microservices, and manage database interactions to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, provide constructive feedback during code reviews, and actively contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• System Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, ensuring optimal performance and stability, and contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation for a senior full stack software development career.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience, demonstrating strong proficiency in at least one modern front-end JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and one back-end programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go). This includes expertise in relevant frameworks (e.g., Express, Spring Boot, Django, Flask), solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB), experience with RESTful API design, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and proficiency with Git.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues across the entire stack. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems, familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, Chai, JUnit), experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, understanding of security best practices in web application development, and previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
