The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our expanding engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance applications across our entire technology stack. You will contribute to both front-end and back-end development, working on exciting new features, optimizing existing systems, and providing technical leadership to ensure the delivery of exceptional software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex features and functionalities from conception to deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (API/Services) components.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure seamless integration.
• Architect and build scalable microservices and robust APIs that power our applications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending their adoption where appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern back-end language such as Python, Java, Go, C#, or Node.js.
• Extensive experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries, specifically React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (both SQL like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL like MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and familiarity with GraphQL.
• Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Demonstrable experience with unit and integration testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building high-quality software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a related field.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership or mentoring role.
• Knowledge of message queueing systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with performance optimization and caching strategies.
