What You’ll Actually Do
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve backend services and APIs that support web and mobile applications.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, technical design reviews, and provide constructive feedback during code reviews.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, high availability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues across various systems and environments.
• Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall technical growth of the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development with a strong focus on building scalable systems, alongside proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Skills: Expertise in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Ruby, or C#, strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, and software design patterns, plus experience with relational/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies.
• Bonus: Experience with asynchronous programming, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), event-driven architectures, distributed systems challenges, performance tuning, monitoring tools, and log analysis.
