What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Development Lifecycle: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality web applications and services.
• System Architecture: Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of our systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Front-End Building: Build responsive, intuitive, and performant user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Back-End Development: Develop robust APIs and microservices, manage databases, and integrate with third-party services.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and champion engineering best practices within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in full stack web development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks (React preferred); solid experience with server-side languages/frameworks (Node.js preferred) and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis); extensive experience designing/implementing RESTful APIs or GraphQL; familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); expert Git proficiency; excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Computer Science; experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, Chai, Cypress); experience with real-time applications (WebSockets); contributions to open-source or personal projects.
