Senior Full Stack Engineer – Innovative SaaS Platform

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements across the entire stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and APIs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) for the front end and Node.js, Python, or Go for the back end.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate product requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), optimizing queries and data structures for performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities to improve system health and maintainability.
  • Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Champion best practices in software development, including testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
  • Expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular, along with a deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Proficiency in at least one back-end language and framework (e.g., Node.js with Express/NestJS, Python with Django/Flask, Go).
  • Strong understanding of database design and query optimization with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including deploying and managing applications.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL APIs.
  • Understanding of security best practices in web application development.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal project portfolio.
