What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the full lifecycle development of features, from conceptualization and design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Architect: Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions for both front-end user interfaces and back-end services.
• Collaborate: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements, estimate timelines, and deliver solutions.
• Review: Participate in regular code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Mentor: Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge, best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; this is a senior-level position.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Skills: Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, a modern JS framework like React.js), strong back-end development skills (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go), and demonstrated experience with relational and NoSQL database systems.
• Skills: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, asynchronous programming, and proficient with Git version control.
• Skills: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Computer Science, experience with GraphQL, familiarity with serverless architectures, prior experience in a technical lead role, or contributions to open-source projects.
