The Opportunity

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic and growing engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle development of features, from conceptualization and design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions for both front-end user interfaces and back-end services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements, estimate timelines, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code in line with best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in regular code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our applications.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge, best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Actively research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance our development processes and product capabilities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Expertise in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong back-end development skills: Proficiency with Node.js (e.g., Express, NestJS), Python (e.g., Django, Flask), Java (e.g., Spring Boot), or Go.
• Demonstrated experience with database systems: Both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Solid understanding and practical experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with serverless architectures.
• Prior experience in a technical lead or architect role.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal project portfolio demonstrating innovative solutions.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
