What You’ll Actually Do
• Development: Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, performant, and secure web applications from conception to deployment.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define technical specifications and deliver solutions.
• Architecture: Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical roadmap planning for platform health and scalability.
• Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full stack web development experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET, alongside relational or NoSQL databases.
• Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles, software development best practices, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for technical and non-technical discussions.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, performance optimization, security best practices, serverless computing, open-source contributions, or a tech lead role.
