What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Oversight: Direct financial accounting, reporting, planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to drive efficiency.
• Executive Reporting: Collaborate with offshore resources to produce comprehensive deliverables for Executive Leadership.
• Strategic Support: Provide valuable insights and guidance to leadership, responding promptly and accurately to ad hoc requests.
• Project Management: Work closely with the Global Finance team and Deloitte firms on ad hoc projects and analysis, including C-suite initiatives, developing recommendations.
• Team Development: Support team-building activities through learning initiatives, knowledge-sharing sessions, and networking events to strengthen the Global Finance brand.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, with a strong academic emphasis on developing analytical and quantitative skills, is required for this senior-level analyst position.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of dedicated finance experience, specifically focused on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions, is essential for this role.
• Skills:
• Analytical Acumen: Exceptional research, analytical, and quantitative abilities, paired with an advanced attention to detail crucial for accurate financial insights.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity to exercise sound judgment aligned with organizational objectives.
• Financial Domain Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of diverse financial activities, including investment oversight and effective expense management.
• Executive Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, encompassing proficiency in crafting compelling presentations and developing clear storyboards for senior leadership.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for complex analysis, reporting, and communication.
