The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Search Finance, Inc.’s client, located in Dallas, TX. Our client is a boutique investment banking firm exclusively focused on the healthcare industry. The firm advises founder-led and middle-market healthcare companies on mergers & acquisitions, strategic transactions, and capital raising initiatives. This role is crucial for an expanding Dallas office, offering accelerated career growth and direct exposure to live transactions within an entrepreneurial team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models supporting healthcare M&A transactions.
• Valuation: Perform valuation analyses utilizing comparable companies, precedent transactions, and other accepted valuation methodologies.
• Marketing Materials: Prepare confidential information memorandums (CIMs), management presentations, teasers, and other transaction marketing materials.
• Transaction Support: Support all phases of sell-side M&A engagements from preparation through closing, coordinating buyer outreach and monitoring activity.
• Client Management: Work closely with clients, attorneys, accountants, and other external advisors while managing multiple live engagements with exceptional quality and responsiveness.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Direct healthcare industry experience is required for this senior-level role.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in healthcare investment banking, healthcare transaction advisory services, or financial due diligence.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Bonus: CPA, CFA, or progress toward either designation.
