Senior Analyst, Asset Management | Bridge33 Capital

The company is poised to launch its next fund, a significant milestone, and is dedicated to driving value at every stage of the investment lifecycle. This Senior Analyst role is integral to supporting Asset Managers in overseeing an assigned property portfolio and contributing to the company’s continued growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maximize Portfolio Value: Support the Asset Management team in operating and maximizing value in the nationwide retail property portfolio.
• Generate Financial Reports: Own the quarterly production of in-place net operating income and property financial metrics for investment valuation and reporting to management and external parties.
• Support Leasing & Budgeting: Assist in annual operating budgets, market studies, lease negotiation, and review LOI financial terms with attention to NNN figures and deal economics.
• Analyze Asset Performance: Project net operating income, debt, and cash flows for measuring returns, understanding loan covenant risks, and establishing asset business plans.
• Oversee Financial Reconciliation: Review and approve annual tenant CAM, insurance, and tax reconciliation files, coordinating with external tax consultants on property tax appeal processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in business administration, real estate, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Three years (36 months) experience in commercial real estate asset management or equivalent experience in the retail asset class, including the ability to assess physical condition, marketability, and management of properties. Requires an understanding of commercial real estate cash flows, equity, debt, drivers of returns, negotiation processes, and economic/financial market conditions.
• Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel and Argus modeling of financials; demonstrated ability to present data-based analyses to management; strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess changing conditions and drive strategic initiatives; capacity to lead, make decisions, and manage third-party relationships with various stakeholders.
