About the Job

Hourly Wage: $14.5 – $27.5 per hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation:

• Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. These premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! This role requires product knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and merchandising skills.
